The Insight Global office in Bentonville is a lively showcase of the town’s unique character, brought to life by local artists who’ve expertly woven the company’s core values into their work. From pieces that nod to Bentonville’s industrial roots to a mural featuring Arkansas-native flowers, each artwork tells a story that’s deeply connected to the area. Even though finding artists in such a small community was a challenge, the search led to incredible talent that now fills the office with creativity and a strong sense of place.
Many of the artworks in the office have a playful twist, with subtle “hidden Mickeys” that reflect Insight Global’s brand. Circles, pinks, and yellows—echoing the company’s colors—are cleverly woven into various pieces, particularly in the telephone booths. These hidden elements not only enhance the visual appeal but also create an interactive experience for employees, allowing them to connect with the company’s culture in a fun, everyday way.
