The client came in knowing what they wanted: color, geometry, layers, and an energy that made every amenity of this multifamily property feel alive. We built a collection around that conviction. The collection leans elevated but eclectic, contemporary without being rigid, and driven largely by local artistic voices whose individual perspectives give the program its range and vitality.

Geometric Exploration
The thread running through the entire collection is geometric exploration. Scott Albrecht's mural uses precise color sequencing to generate optical illusions, while the fine art prints distill that same geometry into a grid-based structure. At the entry, Brian Peters' 3D-printed ceramic sculpture introduces a dimensional counterpoint: its wavy, almost waterfall-like form carries a strong sense of motion, tapping into the energy of city living. On the 27th floor amenity lounge, Gordon Fearey's custom painting shifts the mood with bold abstraction and a fearless use of color, offering a moment that is expressive and fun. Indiewalls shaped this collection around the idea that multifamily spaces deserve the same curatorial intention as any hospitality environment. By championing local artists and building a program where each voice contributes something distinct yet complementary, the result is a collection with genuine range, cohesive in its energy and surprising in its detail, one that makes residents stop, look, and feel the energy of what’s called: home.
